Internal   medicine dealing with adult diseases and diagnosis problem .Who are specializing in internal medicine are called as internists or general internists . In other words internal medicine not requiring surgery it only deals with diagnosis and treatment of diseases that afflict all adults from long term ill patients with a short term care
